What does this One-Year Warranty Cover?

This One-Year Warranty covers any defect or break during the Warranty Period. This does not include inaccurate readings or lost items.

Simply contact our VIP Warranty Email address with your claim and FitTech will immediately ship a brand new (not refurbished) smart watch or activity tracker (the same, or one of equal or lesser value) to you at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

*If you are still unhappy, a full refund will be considered based on our general warranty terms.

Lost/damaged chargers will be provided as needed to all warranty customers. Simply contact our VIP support and a new one will be sent to you at NO ADDITIONAL COST!

 

What will FitTech do to correct problems?

If your watch, tracker or earbuds break within the first year, FitTech will provide you with a replacement at no additional charge.

Replacements can include any watch or tracker available at EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE. 

 

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from FitTech is 365 days from the date of purchase.

 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Warranty does not cover any problems/issues related to:

● Inaccurate readings ie. Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Steps

● If you are unable to get your item to pair with your phone or device (please ensure your device is compatible before purchase

● It does not cover the replacement watch you receive. We send out 100% brand new replacements, not refurbished watches or trackers, so you'll need to purchase a new, separate, warranty in order to protect your replacement. 

 

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must have purchased the Warranty through this page within 30 days of your purchase (an immediate offer is made following purchase.)
