*Any visible damage, defective, missing, or wrong order received, must be reported to us within 7 days from the time the order has been received. *Photos/short clips are to be provided when applicable, for damage/defective concerns. *We have limited support for those who received our products as a gift. The account holder will have to contact us for further assistance.
We provide a full refund or replacement if:
The item never arrives
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item is received (replacement only)

Inaccurate blood pressure/ heart rate readings (for reference only, we cannot guarantee accuracy)
Item does not pair with phone (please confirm before purchase)
The customer did not receive a charger (we will provide a charger)
Stops working after 30-day warranty exhausted

We provide a replacement if:
It breaks or has a manufacturer defect of any kind during the first 365 days of ownership.
Replacement can be of the same item, or different item of equal or lesser value.
We do not provide a replacement if:
The item is lost
A replacement has already been received (new warranty must be purchased for replacement, as we send brand new, not refurbished.)

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP A RETURN WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH US FIRST. Do not ship it back to the address showing in the parcel. Rejecting a parcel will not be returned to our warehouse.
