How do you ship, and what is the price?
Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. We frequently offer free shipping promotions. We ship via DHL and USPS to customers in the USA.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Ireland.
How do you ship?
To customers in the USA, we ship via DHL ecommerce. We also offer upgraded USPS Priorty Mail and Priority Mail Express. All orders include tracking information. To customers outside of the USA, we ship via two methods, a standard method that does not include tracking or insurance, and a premium method that includes tracking & insurance up to $100.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
If you are located in the USA, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, including processing time. On some ocassions, are more popular products are on backorder, if that is the case, please add an additional 7-10 days for shipping times. Outside of the US, shipping can take a bit longer, as we ship all orders from the United States.
How can I track my order?
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. You can also revisit your order status page, or login to your account at any time to check the status of your order and track your package (once the tracking number has been sent).
When will my tracking information appear?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. In the event your item is on back order, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for processing.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
Which currency are you using on the website?
Our products are listed in US Dollar. But our system will automatically convert it for you, don't worry!
Where are your products made?
Like most tech companies, our products are manufactured in China. Our products are designed in the USA and ship to you from our warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida.
Is the blood pressure & heart rate monitor accurate?
Like any other tracker or smart watch from any company, data from this device is to be used as a guideline and reference only! It should not be used in place of medical advice!
How does it measure your vitals?
Our blood pressure smart watches and activity trackers can measure blood pressure by using a light source and light receiver to analyze the bloodstream of the user. The light monitors your blood pressure by shining it through your radial artery on your wrist. You will see and feel a green flickering light on the back of the watch.

Are your products waterproof?
It varies by product, but each product is waterproof to varying levels. If a product is marked IP67, it is safe for daily use (hand washing, dishes, etc.). If a product is IP68, it is safe for showering and swimming.
